Having a broken arm and not being able to type or write easily has led to me doing lots of reading and following up some photographers online. Someone I admire very much is Alex Boyd, who, as it happens, has a German mother and British father as I do, though he’s considerably younger than I am! He is currently re-doing his website, so I can’t give you a permanent direct link to my favourite series of his photos, the Sonnets, but here is a video about them. He tells me this was made at the same time as the MacAskill video made by Dave Sowerby mentioned in my previous posting – you’ll also notice that Mark Huskisson filmed the MacAskill video with Sowerby, and filmed and edited Alex’ film. This offers another interesting way of seeing the landscape of Scotland:
